The Bible, written over a period of some 1,500 years, (1450 B.C. to approximately 100 A.D.) It contains 66 books, 39 in the Old Testament and 27 in the New Testament. It has been reported that the Bible is the worlds best-selling book and most widely distributed book.
Amazing how a book could survive this test of time and continues to be a best seller. Or is it amazing? If you consider the books were God inspired then it should come as no surprise that the Bible continues to be sold by the millions every year. It is a book that tells us Gods Word and helps us to understand how to live according to God’s Way.
No other book ever written in the history of man has survived as long as the Bible has. A book that is a road map for life!

Thank you for sharing Your Word with us. For helping us to understand your desire for how we are to conduct our lives.
As it is stated in 2 Timothy 3:16, “All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.” We thank you for Your words.
I pray that I follow Your Ways and live my life in a way that you wish me to live. Please help me correct the areas of my life that I am falling short.
